All of our employees are NASM Certified in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition or Nutrition Coaching and are required to take a 6 hour in-house written exam over supplements and ingredients before working with customers.

We keep ourselves as educated and up-to-date on fitness, supplements and nutrition as we can. We believe supplements should only be used to complement good diet and exercise. That is why we strive to educate our customers and help create them custom meal plans and workouts that will work for them.

We want to see everyone reach their goals and fulfill their potential. We aim to not only help with meal plans and workouts, but hope to continue encourage and be a support in their fitness and health journeys.
