Sample TRIAD '25 Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us for Sample TRIAD ’25.

Sample TRIAD will be on November 8th, 2025 from 9am-3pm in our TRIAD Quail Springs parking lot (14201 N May Ave, 203, 73134).

Sample TRIAD is our biggest event of the year and we expect to see more than 700 people this year. There is no charge, however, we do have limited space, so we may have to limit the number of non-supplement vendors. If selected, you are required to bring your own tent, table, and any other supplies you may need.
